Organizational learning and evaluation capacity building
I help people and organizations build the skills to learn from their work and use what they learn.
Through customized workshops, facilitation, and ongoing consultation, I teach practical approaches to evaluation, evaluative thinking, and program planning. Participants work with their own questions and programs, developing skills and resources they can continue to use after our work together.
My work brings together 18 years of evaluation capacity building with a background in education. I partner with universities, foundations, nonprofits, and community programs to clarify goals, examine assumptions, and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.
